Peter + Quinn Get Married
Still playing a game of catch-up from the May-to-June madness! Peter and Quinn's wedding day was simply gorgeous and I am SO excited to finally be getting it posted. These newlyweds were gushingly in love as they tied the knot, and it couldn't have been sweeter. Starting off with a sun-soaked first look, tears fell and hearts raced as Peter and Quinn embraced. Family and wedding party watched with joy nearby.
One of my favorite elements of wedding ceremonies is when couples write their own vows. Being friends with the bride and groom made it extra weepy for me; but I have no doubt that any stranger listening in would have felt any different. Peter and Quinn did not disappoint; honest, real, and totally enveloped into each other. Of course, Peter's vows to Quinn's two kiddos brought down the house with echoes of sniffling filling the church. And an epic first kiss truly sealed the deal.
The groom is an architect and the couple are lovers of Minneapolis; they chose a gorgeous and unique venue space for the reception at the Grain Belt Event Center. Surrounded by old, and new, Minneapolis inside and out. Much like their engagement session choices, the locations didn't disappoint on their wedding day.
Fantastic food, fantastic friends, and fantastic dancing (seriously, a lot of guests were too coordinated ;)) the reception was a blast. The evening started winding down with slicing into their three-tiered, gold-flaked wedding cake. It was almost too pretty to cut into!
Peter, ahem Mr. Chicken, and Quinn, now Mrs. Chicken, enjoy the extra recap of your wedding day! It was a joy being there with you.
