Wedding Day//Julia+Edem

A wonderfully laid out day for a wonderful couple. Julia and Edem tied the knot at the elegant and fun Radisson Blu at the Mall of America this evening. Surrounded by tons of friends and family from near and FAR! We're talking Switzerland and Africa, just to name a few! This happy couple waited to see one another until the big reveal for the ceremony. Edem's face was glowing when Julia walked down the aisle in her GORGEOUS mermaid gown with lace and pearl details. Seriously, I couldn't get over how stunning this was.

Multi-colored bouquets from Acanthus Floral Art accompanied the neutral gray bridesmaid dresses and black suits. Those same bright colors touched each table in the reception space in quaint centerpieces. A nod to Edem's native language, table numbers were elegantly numbered in French. Today's events couldn't have run as smooth (or as stress free for the newlyweds) if it wasn't for Dana from Keyed Up Events. Professional and personal! Wedding coordinators are soooo worth it!

After sweet toasts and a yummy dinner, Edem and Julia warmed up the dance floor with a lovely first dance. A few twirls, and a few kisses, they were in their own little bubble floating along. Glow sticks and LED-lit glasses were passed out by the wedding party and added a little extra to their boogeying guests. And tiny humans "raving" with glow sticks is a win-win situation. =) An awesome playlist (let's face it, they can get redundant) pumped up ALL the ravers/guests thanks to Andre from Bellagala.
